Imperative Sentences आज्ञासूचक वाक्य वो वाक्य होते हैं जिनकी सहायता से हम या तो किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आदेश देते हैं, सलाह देते हैं या फिर किसी से कोई अनुरोध करते हैं। Imperative Sentences examples are those in which we either order someone, advice someone or request something from someone.
Rules Imperative Sentences Examples
Imperative Sentence से आज्ञा (order), प्रार्थना (request), परामर्श (advice) या किसी से कुछ करने के लिए कहने का बोध होता है ।
Imperative Sentence gives an idea of order or command, request, advice or to do something by saying something to someone.
Rule1:अगर वाक्य में कुछ करने को कहा गया हो,तो सबसे पहले verb और उसके बाद object का use करेंगे।
If it is said to do something in a sentence. we use the first form of the verb and after than object.
formula:- Verb 1st form + Object.
Examples:-
- राम के साथ आओ।
- come with Ram.
- मंदिर में जाओ।
- Go to the temple.
- कुछ करो।
- do something.
with Please/kindly
Rule2 :अगर वाक्य में कुछ करने को कहा गया हो पर request करते हुए।तो ऐसे वाक्यों की शुरुआत please 0r kindly से करते हे।
If it is said to do something in the sentence but with a request, we start the sentences with please or kindly.
formula:- Please/kindly + Verb 1st form + Object.
Examples:- Imperative Sentences Examples
- प्लीज राम यह करने दो।
- please do it, Ram.
- प्लीज़ मुझे दो।
- Please give me.
- प्लीज़ मुझे बताओ।
- Please tell me.
Always Do
Rule3 :अगर वाक्य में कुछ ऐसा करने को कहा गया हो। जो हमेशा करना चाहिए तो ऐसे वाक्यों की शुरुआत Always से करते हे।
we use always at the starting of a sentence If it is said to always do something in the sentence.
formula:- Always + Verb 1st form + Object.
Examples:-
- हमेशा अच्छे काम करो।
- Always do a good deed.
- हमेशा सच बोलो।
- Always speak the truth.
- हमेशा बड़ों को इज्ज़त दो।
- Always respect elders.
Rule4 :ऐसे वाक्य जिनमे कुछ करने के लिए मना किया गया हो। तो ऐसे वाक्यों की शुरुआत Don’t से करते हे।
we use Don’t at the starting of the sentence If it is said not to do something in the sentence.
formula:- Don’t + Verb 1st form + Object.
Examples:-
- जल्दी मत करो।
- Don’t hurry.
- झूठ मत बोलो।
- Don’t tell a lie.
- राम उसे मत डाँटो।
- Don’t scold him, Ram.
- बकवास मत करो।
- Don’t talk nonsense.
Rule5 :अगर वाक्य में किसी कार्य के लिए कभी मत करो का उपयोग किया गया हो तो।,Never Do का उपयोग करते है।
we use Never Do at the starting of the sentence If it is said not to do something in the sentence.
formula:-Never + Verb 1st form + Object.
Examples:-
- कभी दुसरो पर मत हंसो।
- Never laugh at others.
- कभी झूठ मत बोलो।
- Never tell a lie.
- वंहा कभी मत जाओ।
- Never go there.
Imperative sentence with ‘Let ‘
Rule6 :Let का प्रयोग हम permission लेने या permission देने के लिए करते है|
we use let to take and give permission.
- let me see.
- मुझे देखने दो।
- let Ram go.
- राम को जाने दो।
- let him do work.
- उसे काम करने दो।
- let Divyansh watch TV.
- दिव्यांश को टीवी देखने दो।
- let us play the game.
- हमें खेल खेलने दो।
Rule7 : Negative sentences of let
formula:-Don’t +let + subject + Verb 1st form + Object.
OR
Let + subject + not + Verb 1st form + Object
Examples:-
- उसे यहाँ मत बैठने दो।
- Don’t let him sit here. /Let him not sit here.
- उसे मत आने दो।
- Don’t let him come. / Let him not come.
- पापा कोऑफिस मत जाने दो।
- Don’t let dad go to the office. / Let dad not go to the office.
